About Me

Having grown up overseas, in the south, and in a bilingual-multiracial home, I value intersectional spaces where individuals can engage with and honor our differences.

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations, from Augusta University. I moved out to Denver in 2013 to lead teams with AmeriCorps NCCC (National Civilian Community Corps) where I fell in love with Colorado and the nonprofit world.

For the past seven years, I've worked with nonprofits in Colorado and grew my passion for social impact work.

I started Community Rooted LLC in summer of 2020 to create a platform and vision of collaborating with social changemakers to utilize social media as a revolutionary tool that aligns with business goals.

Utilizing my natural draw towards creative projects and passion for social justice work, I hope to amplify social impact work through digital marketing strategies and developing creative content.
